Licensed in Singapore (MAS 101051) and Hong Kong (SFC BQR225), Endowus is the first digital advisor in the region to span private wealth and public pension (CPF & SRS in Singapore). We proudly serve as a fund investment platform and fiduciary advisor to over 250,000 individuals, family offices, charities, endowments, and institutions.

Today, we work with 80+ global leading asset managers across major asset classes – public markets, private markets, hedge funds and alternatives – and make it our job to assess and access their Best-in-Class funds, and advise clients on how to invest in these funds to reach their goals.

Our mission is clear: help people invest better so they can live easier today, and better tomorrow.

About the Role:

Join our Investment Office team in a operational support role. This position is integral to the smooth functioning of our investment activities by providing essential data management and operational assistance. Please note that this is not a client-facing role, and the responsibilities do not involve making investment judgments or decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the updating, maintenance, and extraction of investment data, including fund performance and key metrics.
  • Proactively automate repeated workflow where possible.
  • Efficiently gather information and data from various primary sources when not readily available through standard databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar).
  • Respond to and fulfill day-to-day data and operations-related requests from the Investment Office team.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Work independently, manage tasks proactively, and maintain clarity of thought even when working under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to be a strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to efficiently process and work with large datasets.
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and think clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with Morningstar and Bloomberg terminals.
  • Basic understanding of mutual funds and alternative investments (e.g., hedge funds, private equity, private credit).
  • This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the operational backbone of our Investment Office.
