What You'll Do
This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while reducing risks and protecting our business interests.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and various legal documents.
- Provide legal guidance to internal teams and assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain updated business permits, licenses, and corporate records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies as needed.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Support dispute resolution, case monitoring, and claims management activities.
- Assist with labor relations matters, including disciplinary actions, policy alignment, and compliance with labor standards.
- Maintain a well-organized repository of legal files, records, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, or related field
- Preferably a Licensed Lawyer or with relevant corporate law experience
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a legal, corporate, retail, or e-commerce setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
