Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to earn their trust and loyalty.
- Understand their business needs and objectives to identify opportunities for growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of HR services and solutions is a plus.
